These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Party Bites MIA website and to inquiries you send through it. Our catering services are governed by the contract we sign with you for each event. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Party Bites MIA provides dessert, savory and drink stations for events in the Miami, Florida area. Product descriptions, photos and examples on the site are for information and may vary by event, season and availability.

2. Inquiries and bookings

Sending the request form is not a booking. A date is reserved only after we confirm availability, you pay the deposit and the contract is signed. We may decline or reschedule a request if we are not available.

3. Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance and its due date are stated in your contract. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit card and cash. Prices are confirmed in your quote or contract and not by the website.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes, rescheduling and cancellations, including what happens to the deposit, are governed by your signed contract. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

5. Setup location and timing

• The setup area should be free of stairs or loose gravel, with a flat, paved surface preferred, and have about 5x5 ft of space with a stable platform for the cart and workspace.
• Please choose a spot with shade or cover. We cannot operate under direct sun or rain.
• Some carts need electricity; make sure an outlet is available when required.
• We usually arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the event, and service typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours.

If the location does not meet these requirements, we may need to adjust or cancel the service as set out in your contract.

6. Allergies and dietary needs

Tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event so we can plan accordingly. Our products are prepared in kitchens that may handle common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, nuts and soy, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.

7. Photos and content

We may photograph or film our setups at events and share them on our website and social media. If you prefer that your event is not featured, tell us before the event. The photos, text, logo and designs on this site belong to Party Bites MIA or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, try to access it without authorization, send spam or false requests, or interfere with its operation. We may change or remove content at any time.

9. Reviews and third-party content

Reviews shown on the site come from our public Google Business profile and are posted by their authors. Links and embedded content from third parties are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Party Bites MIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability for our catering services is governed by your contract.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless your contract says otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Estos Términos y condiciones se aplican al uso de la web de Party Bites MIA y a las solicitudes que envíes a través de ella. Nuestros servicios de catering se rigen por el contrato que firmamos contigo para cada evento. Al usar la web aceptas estos términos.

1. Nuestros servicios

Party Bites MIA ofrece estaciones de postres, salados y bebidas para eventos en el área de Miami, Florida. Las descripciones, fotos y ejemplos de la web son informativos y pueden variar según el evento, la temporada y la disponibilidad.

2. Solicitudes y reservas

Enviar el formulario no es una reserva. Una fecha queda reservada solo cuando confirmamos disponibilidad, pagas el depósito y se firma el contrato. Podemos rechazar o reprogramar una solicitud si no tenemos disponibilidad.

3. Depósito y pago

Un depósito del 50% reserva tu fecha. El saldo restante y su fecha de pago se indican en tu contrato. Aceptamos Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, tarjeta de crédito/débito y efectivo. Los precios se confirman en tu presupuesto o contrato, no en la web.

4. Cambios y cancelaciones

Los cambios, reprogramaciones y cancelaciones, incluido lo que ocurre con el depósito, se rigen por tu contrato firmado. Avísanos lo antes posible si cambian tus planes.

5. Lugar de montaje y horarios

• La zona de montaje debe estar libre de escaleras o grava suelta, preferiblemente sobre una superficie plana y pavimentada, y contar con unos 5x5 pies (1,5 x 1,5 m) con una base estable para el carrito y el espacio de trabajo.
• Elige un lugar con sombra o cubierto. No podemos operar bajo sol directo ni lluvia.
• Algunos carritos necesitan electricidad; asegúrate de que haya una toma cuando se requiera.
• Normalmente llegamos entre 45 y 60 minutos antes del evento y el servicio suele durar de 2,5 a 3 horas.

Si el lugar no cumple estos requisitos, podríamos tener que ajustar o cancelar el servicio según lo indicado en tu contrato.

6. Alergias y necesidades dietéticas

Avísanos de cualquier alergia o restricción alimentaria antes del evento para planificarlo. Nuestros productos se preparan en cocinas que pueden manejar alérgenos comunes como leche, huevo, trigo, frutos secos y soja, por lo que no podemos garantizar que ningún producto esté libre de alérgenos.

7. Fotos y contenido

Podemos fotografiar o grabar nuestros montajes en los eventos y compartirlos en nuestra web y redes sociales. Si prefieres que tu evento no aparezca, avísanos antes del evento. Las fotos, textos, logotipo y diseños de esta web pertenecen a Party Bites MIA o se usan con permiso, y no pueden copiarse ni reutilizarse sin nuestro consentimiento por escrito.

8. Uso de la web

Te comprometes a no hacer un mal uso del sitio, intentar acceder sin autorización, enviar spam o solicitudes falsas, ni interferir en su funcionamiento. Podemos cambiar o retirar contenido en cualquier momento.

9. Reseñas y contenido de terceros

Las reseñas que se muestran provienen de nuestro perfil público de Google Business y las publican sus autores. Los enlaces y el contenido incrustado de terceros se ofrecen por comodidad y no nos hacemos responsables de ellos.

10. Exclusión de garantías y limitación de responsabilidad

La web se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida permitida por la ley, Party Bites MIA no es responsable de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la web. La responsabilidad por nuestros servicios de catering se rige por tu contrato.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, salvo que tu contrato disponga otra cosa.

12. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión. Si sigues usando la web, aceptas los términos actualizados.
